Cover that's independently administered.

Self-administered warranties — the kind some sellers write themselves on a single sheet — have a poor record of paying claims. Ours is different. Every car we sell is covered by an Autoguard Premium policy, fully underwritten by an FCA-regulated insurer and administered by a third party with no incentive to delay or deny. When you need it, it works.

Claims are settled at any VAT-registered garage on a fair-cost basis (typical contribution £70 + VAT per labour hour) directly between Autoguard and the repairer — you're not out of pocket up-front, and we have no say in whether a claim is approved.

Is the 6-month Autoguard warranty really included free? +
Yes. Every car we sell includes 6 months of Autoguard Premium cover at no additional cost. The certificate is issued in your name at point of sale.
Who underwrites the warranty? +
Autoguard Premium is fully underwritten by an FCA-regulated insurer and administered by a specialist third party — not by us. Thats the reason claims actually pay out: theres no conflict of interest between the seller and the warranty provider.
Can I extend the warranty after I buy the car? +
Yes — though its easiest at point of sale, when we can lock in the best rate. Extending later is often still possible: just give us a call and well see what Autoguard can offer on your policy.
Where can I get a warranty repair done? +
At any VAT-registered garage. Youre not tied to ours. Were happy if you bring the car back to us, but youre not obliged to.
What if the car turns out to have a fault not covered by warranty? +
Speak to us first. Wed much rather sort an issue than have you posting about it. We dont walk away from cars after the keys are handed over.
